1. Acceptance of the Terms

Welcome to Birra Jeb, the online sales service for our craft beer. The use of our services is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By visiting or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all policies updated by us from time to time. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.

2. Purchases and Payments

2.1. In order to make a purchase on our site, you must be an adult according to Italian law.

2.2. Product prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are added to your order total at checkout.

2.3. We reserve the right to change product prices and shipping rates at any time without notice.

3. Shipments and Deliveries

3.1. We only ship to Italian territory. Deliveries are made on the same day, processing can take up to 3 working days from order confirmation.

3.2. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

3.3. In the event of delays in delivery attributable to us, we will contact you to inform you of the new delivery date.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date, only if the products are returned in the same condition in which they were received.

4.2. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the return is approved.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The content of the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, is the exclusive property of Jeb and is protected by Italian copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6.2. All statements regarding products and services provided on our site are made "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

7. Applicable Law and Competent Court

7.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

7.2. In the event of disputes, the competent court is that of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italian territory.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

8.1. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

8.2. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes will constitute acceptance of those changes.
